General management and operational experience
The PEP team has deep professional and operational experience. Individual members have more than 35 years of working with management to optimise the performance of companies, including strategy and operations, capital raising and deal structuring – both domestically and internationally.
Investment experience
PEP Fund I was the first LBO fund of its kind to be established and was a key part of establishing the supporting infrastructure and industry in Australia and New Zealand. Now with over 25 years experience in the sector.

Through many years of experience in the private equity industry and in senior advisory roles, our team have long-established relationships with boards, chief executives and senior management of most significant companies in Australia and New Zealand as well as many private entrepreneurs.

Cassi Banks
Associate - Capital Solutions
Cassi joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024. Prior to joining PEP, she worked at Macquarie Bank within their home lending and treasury teams. Cassi holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting and Chinese) from the University of Sydney.
Nalin Batra
Associate - Private Equity
Nalin joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024. Prior to joining PEP, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Nalin studied at the University of Queensland where he received a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics with First Class Honours.
Molly Bellemore
Executive Assistant - Admin
Molly joined the team in 2023 as one of Private Equity’s Executive Assistants. Molly has over 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant with a background in Real Estate, Banking and Executive Search.
Michael Bendeli
Director - Secure Assets
Michael joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024. Prior to joining PEP, he was a Director with InfraRed Capital Partners in London. Michael had earlier roles as an investment banker with Macquarie Capital in London and as an engineer and consultant in Sydney and Melbourne with Sinclair Knight Merz. He received an MBA (Dean’s List) from London Business School and has a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney.
Greta Cosier

Since joining Pacific Equity Partners in 2024, Greta provides administrative and support services. Prior to this, she held the role of Administrator at Parkers Sydney Fine Art Supplies.
Greta holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of New South Wales.
Beatriz Diaz
Presentation Specialist - Admin
Beatriz joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024 as a Presentation Specialist. Beatriz has spent over 25 years crafting presentations across multiple industries for private enterprise and government organisations.
Beatriz holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Arts from the University of Sydney.
Hayley Gatt
Executive Assistant - Secure Assets
Hayley joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024 as one of the Secured Asset Finance Executive Assistants. Hayley has previously worked at PEP from 2006-2011 working in the Investor Relations team. Prior to PEP Hayley worked at UBS.
Hayley holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of New South Wales.
Dhruv Goel

Dhruv joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024. Prior to joining PEP, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company in ANZ and Asia. Dhruv studied at the University of Queensland where he received a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance).
Alannah Green
Associate - Partner and Client Group
Alannah joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2023 as an intern and has since progressed to the role of Associate in the Partner and Client Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, majoring in Human Physiology and Commerce.
Caroline Hamer

Caroline joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024. Prior to joining PEP, Caroline was an investment analyst at Antipodes Partners covering infrastructure, real estate and telecommunications and a portfolio analyst in the infrastructure team at Sunsuper (now the ‘Australian Retirement Trust’). She received a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics.
Krystal Hyland

Krystal joined the team in 2022 as the Founders’ Executive Assistant. As an experienced EA with an events background, she has a number of years supporting senior leaders having most recently worked at a New York hedge fund, Baker Brothers Advisors & global investment management firm, T.Rowe Price.

Hattie joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2022 as a Junior Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance) from the University of New South Wales.
Tracy Jones
Director - Partner and Client Group
Tracy joined the Partner and Client Group (PCG) at Pacific Equity Partners in 2024. Prior to joining PEP, Tracy was the Head of Client Services for Invesco Australia and has held previous roles at NAB Asset Management, BlackRock (NYC) and Barclays Global Investors. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Management) and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance.

Raewyn joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2024. Prior to joining PEP, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Raewyn studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) and Science (Statistics) at the University of Auckland.

Justyna is an Executive Assistant at Pacific Equity Partners and has over 6 years of experience in supporting leaders. Prior to joining PEP, Justyna held an Executive Assistant role at Liverpool Partners and Archer Capital.
Justyna holds a Bachelor of Marketing from the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw.

Diana first joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2023. Diana’s prior roles include Practice Manager/Financial Controller at Brentnalls NSW, Company Accountant at the Thorpe Group, Senior Accountant at MGI Sydney and William Buck. She holds a B. Commerce from University of Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.

Patric joined Pacific Equity Partners in June 2024. Before Joining PEP, he worked at Brennan IT as the IT onsite support for PEP since 2021. Before this, Patric held roles as an IT consultant for Matrix Solutions and Interlinked.

Cathie joined Pacific Equity Partners in 2023. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a marketing assistant in the medical industry. Cathie is currently completing a Bachelor of Business (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney.
